Duck Confit & Clementine Wontons

Instructions
Combine olive oil and sesame oil. On work surface, cut wonton wrappers diagonally; place on baking sheet. Brush wontons with oil mixture; bake in 375°F oven for about 6 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, remove and shred meat from confit duck leg. In microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded duck meat and hoisin sauce; microwave for 1 minute or until warmed through. Top each wonton piece with shredded duck meat. Garnish with clementine segment.
